RETURNS POLICY

At Briarwood we are happy to exchange any item that has not been worn and is still in purchase condition. The return must be made within seven days of purchasing, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt .

With regrets Briarwood cannot accept goods that have:
- Been worn
- Damaged
- Been purchased on 'Final Sale'

All full priced items are able to be exchanged or refunded.  Any items bought on sale (unless is states it is a final sale) are able to be exchanged or you can have a credit note issued.  There are no refunds on sale items.  'FINAL SALE' items, are indeed a final sale, no exchanges or returns.

To redeem your credit note, please email us on info@briarwood.co.nz with what items you would like to purchase and we will get back to you if we require further information from you.  

We regret to note that we cannot offer exchanges on international  orders, but will happily refund the full purchase amount (less shipping costs) via the original payment method (Subject to our returns conditions). .

All online refunds should be sent to the address below, including the original receipt and our return document you receive with your original order. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method minus local delivery costs of $10.

All postage costs are the customers responsibility.

When sending please include, your name, order number, contact phone number and your instructions.  Please consider using a track and trace courier as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back.

Please allow  5-7 working days for shipments within New Zealand.

Our estimated delivery time for  international shipments is 7-14 working days.

Note: On all packages a signature is required for security purposes. Thus it is advised this is taken into account of this when choosing your delivery address. PO Box delivery only available for NZ customers and not for international customers.

It is vital that you complete your details fully. This will ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases.

In all other countries excluding New Zealand,  the shipping charge is not inclusive of any possible taxes and duties that the country of original purchase may apply. The customer must take full responsibility for any of these customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. .

If buying for a gift overseas please note that to comply with New Zealand export regulations, the exact value of all items ordered is required to be declared and marked as dutiable "merchandise".

We are also prohibited by law from placing any markings of 'gift' anywhere on the packages, even if the order is intended as a gift.
